You have a job - my co-workers are great.

Upper management only cares about themselves, they just keep hiring more and more top level positions and paying them high salaries (using taxpayers money).

Great benefits. work as many hours as you would like as an operator. Pay is good, many paid holidays.

Cons

As an operator, must be flexible and ready to work spilt shifts until you gain senority.
