good pay. uniform allowance. paid sick days.

Cons

only 40 hours. no real option for overtime. company will replace you any chance they get. horrible parking making it impossible to clock in on time.

Good people and atmosphere. Paid time off and benifits. Competitive wages for the area.

Cons

Hard to balance life and work. Too many supervisor's, there is a supervisor/managers for every single area. Hard to advance.
