Pros

Flexible working hours. Good legacy technology. Good amount of pto. Some knowledgeable employees. Nicely located in the beautiful wine county!

Cons

It's an old technology company! That means the most valuable employees probably had left if not at a very senior position. Managers like to micromanage. No good plan to develop talents and retain them. Morale is low.

Great products and services. When JDSU acquired Acterna, they got the Wandel & Goltermann products and employees -- some of the best in the world.

Cons

Too many management changes hurt stability and customer confidence, as well as employee morale. And what's with that new name, "Viavi"??
