Great colleagues and flexibility, ability to work from home and remote.
Cons
Benefits are middle of the range, as is pay. Nothing special. If you want to hide this is an easy place to do it. Upper level management have no idea what is going on and just want to take more and more cost out of the business. Lots of key employees are now starting to leave and I suspect it will continue that way. A shame as it was a great place many years ago and it has been driven into the ground by incompetent and selfish leadership who are just out for their own bank balance. Hear all the time about culture as if it is something you achieve by putting posters on the wall and spending money on creating a book. Stop saying the words and lead by example.
