      -CEO listens, communicates and has a plan for growth -Strong executive team support with years of industry knowledge -Extensive client portfolio with reoccurring projects and orders -Team environment -Managers across each department consistently support their people and provide the tools they need to do their job

      -Benefits are ok, but not spectacular -Often are too busy to get together as a company
