Fun Work Environment Coworkers are nice Non Political place (huge plus) Good Entry Level Position Good Work Life Balance CEO Cares about employees input. Holds Quarterly meetings about how the company is doing

Cons

Non-Competitive Salary (on the lower end of the industry) Don't Pay much attention to the design department. Seem to hire other positions over design (Graphic/3D) Salary Raises are mediocre, not even yearly raises. Not the best place to grow.

This is an AMAZING organization to be apart of. This is a fast paced environment where you're surrounded by knowledgeable people who are all equally dedicated to the task. Great team work, contagious passion and so much space to GROW!
