As a Business Development Manager, the job functions are to develop and assist to retain business opportunities for the company and will not be considered as a project member of a project. We are confused by this comment as the job functions mentioned here is contradicting

Regarding your comments about our Anaplan Team, we take good note of your feedback and will review with our directors where we could have some weaknesses on our team support. Please note that we are launching this month our whistle line to manage request even from external people of the company like former employee. We would appreciate if you can share with us some concrete examples of cases when you would have needed more support from your top management to alertline-apj@viseo.com. Regarding your comment about our salary package, we are very careful about our compensation and benefits based on regular updates we get from ICT salary surveys as well as real time insights from the Recruitment market. We want to remind you that salary package is defined based on experience, diploma, responsibilities and performance, which makes it personal and specific. Your personal experience and furthermore your opinion might be quite subjective. For now, we could observe that our offer on the hiring market is attractive, and we don’t face difficulties to hire new talents in Anaplan.
