We would like to clarify that in our nearly seven years of operations in the Philippines, there has only been one isolated instance of a salary disbursement delay. This was due to an unforeseen banking system issue and was resolved promptly. During that time, we maintained open communication with our employees and took immediate steps to support anyone who may have been affected, including covering any related fees or penalties.
Since then, we have strengthened our internal processes to ensure that such issues can be prevented by extra buffer and backup plan.
We remain committed to providing a reliable and supportive work environment for all our team members. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us continue to grow and improve.
Regarding your comment about our management, we take such feedback seriously. We would like to share that we have not received any formal complaints or concerns from our Philippines-based SAP team through our internal grievance channels, alert line, or direct HR feedback. Indeed, our turnover and rotation rates remain stable and low, with no negative feedback, which reflects the generally positive and engaged workforce.
We also encourage anyone—whether internal or external—to use our confidential alert line, which is open to all parties, to share more detailed feedback or concerns. This helps us ensure that all voices are heard and that we can take appropriate action where needed.
We recognize that every experience is valid, and we are continuously working to strengthen leadership, communication, and collaboration across all regions and teams.
