Pros

Still can get paid at the end of every month.

Cons

Lack of resources and keep on pushing for outcomes. Micromanagment of the time incurred on projects. Nasty project manager that squeeze team members to meet challenging KPI.

Pros

There is nothing good about working here, specifically the Viseo Singapore Salesforce Practice!

Cons

You will not be appreciated for your hard work, you will be constantly demeaned and criticized by managers and other "favoured" colleagues who think very highly of themselves. They are quick to blame you but never acknowledge their own major blunders with customers. No matter how hard you try to please them and do exactly how they want things done, they still find only fault and criticize, even insult you in front of everyone in team meetings. Your consulting hours which you actually worked on projects are given to someone else as timesheets are manipulated as they please. Then they kick you out for poor performance.

Pros

Start salary is competitive but it stops there

Cons

1.) DISPOSABLE WORKFORCE Once your project ends, expect to be discarded. They make no real effort to find a new assignment for you. Instead, they hunt for the smallest mistakes, push you into a Performance Improvement Plan (if you're lucky enough to even get one), and then fail you on purpose. It’s a calculated move designed to break you down until you give up or they terminate you. 2.) Zero Recognition, Zero Reward. Salary increases? Barely 0–2% per year. I was promoted and delivered results—but not once did that reflect in my compensation. Promotions here are titles only—no substance, no value. 3.) HR That Serves Management, Not People. The HR team is either severely underqualified or completely indifferent. Their loyalty is clearly with management, not the employees. They offer little to no support unless you're favored. What this company truly needs is a competent HR team with empathy and actual knowledge. Not one that merely follows orders from their French Boss like robots. 4.) No Real Growth or Training. Unless you’re lucky enough to be in the SAP team (which, by the way, is managed by VISEO France not Singapore), you won’t receive proper training or learning opportunities. Growth here is either fake or non-existent. 5.) You’re a Cog, Not a Person. This is a plug-and-play setup. Once they’re done with you, you're out. No humanity. No empathy. No consideration for your wellbeing. 6.) Leadership Without Vision or Integrity. The management team is a major red flag. Zero transparency, zero integrity, zero accountability. Decisions are made behind closed doors, and you’re left in the dark until it’s too late.

VISEO Response

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. At VISEO, we take all comments seriously—whether positive or critical—as they help us reflect, improve, and grow as an organization. That said, we find it important to highlight a contradiction: it is unusual for someone who claims to be deeply dissatisfied across so many areas to remain with the company for over five years. Furthermore, the review contains numerous false and defamatory allegations that misrepresent both individual and companies' practices. We are currently reviewing this matter and will be taking appropriate steps with Glassdoor to request an investigation into the content and its compliance with their platform guidelines. Meanwhile we would like to address the points raised in your review: 1. Legal Compliance and Ethics VISEO strictly adheres to all local labor laws and regulations. Allegations of unlawful or unethical practices are taken seriously and thoroughly investigated when reported through the appropriate channels. We would also like to clarify that the company has only had a marginal number of labor-related cases in the Philippines—all of which have been closed. Importantly, VISEO has never been condemned or flagged by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) for any unfair labor practices. We encourage any current or former employee with specific concerns to use our confidential alert line, which is open to both internal and external parties, to ensure that all voices are heard and appropriate actions can be taken. 2. HR Support and Professionalism We are particularly concerned by the defamatory remarks directed at our HR team in the Philippines. These claims are not only inaccurate but unfairly target a dedicated professional who has consistently acted with integrity, empathy, and professionalism. Despite the serious accusations made, we have not received any formal complaints through our internal grievance channels, alert line, or direct feedback mechanisms. Our HR team, though small, is fully qualified and committed to supporting all employees fairly. We continue to invest in their development to ensure they are equipped to serve our people effectively and uphold our values. 3. Project Transitions and Talent Retention We understand that transitions between projects can be challenging. Our goal is always to retain and redeploy talent wherever possible. We are actively working to improve our internal mobility processes to better support employees during these periods. Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) are not used as punitive tools but are designed to provide structured support and clear expectations to help employees succeed. 4. Recognition and Compensation We understand the importance of fair and meaningful recognition. The figures mentioned in the review do not reflect our actual compensation practices. Each year, VISEO validates a global increment envelope that is well above the percentages stated. These increments are distributed across teams based on several factors, including individual performance, expertise development, ability to manage complex scopes, leadership responsibilities, and client or project impact. Promotions at VISEO are not just titles—they reflect increased responsibilities and are aligned with our career development framework. We continuously review and refine our performance and reward systems to ensure they remain equitable, motivating, and aligned with our values. 5. Learning and Development Learning is a core pillar of our culture. While some teams may have more structured programs, we are actively expanding access to training and development opportunities across all departments to ensure everyone has the chance to grow. 6. Leadership and Transparency We are committed to fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and open communication. While we acknowledge that we may not always get everything right, we are continuously working to improve how we lead and engage with our teams. We remain open to constructive feedback and are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and supportive workplace for all. If there are specific concerns that were not addressed through internal channels, we encourage you to reach out via our alert line so we can take appropriate action.
