      Good managers, interesting projects

      Pros

      - Most managers are trying their best at empowering their staffs - Company is not too big, and if you are not at client site, you can discuss with the top management on a daily basis. - Company was strong and reacted well during the peak covid period

      Cons

      - Some projects are less interesting than others and you cannot choose your project (but that is the case of all consultancy companies anyway)

      Good vibes, good responsabilities, not good salary

      Pros

      Viseo is a dynamic company with a lot of cool people to work with.

      Cons

      If the local managers see your potential the head management of the company only see you as replaceable asset. You end up with a lot of responsabilities but never the salary in regard of the work you do. Not even close to the job market.
