      Pros

      VMware is one of the Best Places to Work, it has an awesome work culture. Constantly awarded as one of the top best place to work globally.

      Cons

      There are no cons as such, probably healthy constant changes due to multiple acquisitions VMware has made in the last two decades. But this is again a sign of a great company with great leaders.

      Very flexible with ability to work remote if you are not in a role that can only be done on-site. Pay is good as well as benefits and perks.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity especially in management/leadership roles. Ok on career development and growth if you do all you can to pursue it.
