Pros

Good on boarding. Open door policy with management. Good entry level but be prepared to look elsewhere for career advancement. Immediate coworkers are friendly. Team orienated attitude. Average medical insurance. Benefits like paid holiday and paid sick time. The technology is cool. No harassment from other coworkers.

Cons

Although management has an open door, they don't or can't act on anything to improve the work environment. Workload is high and so is stress among coworkers and teams. Senior engineers are leaving weekly due to the stress. Working weekends is now "expected" on top of a normal 5 day shift and has been like this for little over a year. The teamwork culture is fading as more people are switching to just survive the day attitude. Frequent change of floor managers makes promotion, bonuses and raises difficult.

Pros

Decent pay. Good benefits. Corporate campus is really nice if you get a job at corporate. Lots of nice people work here.

Cons

Every quarter my job responsibilities changed. And I don't mean from "ABC" to "XYZ". I mean responsibilities for "XYZ" were added to "ABC". I was hired to be a specialist on "ABC" and after three years I was expected to be a specialist on so many different products there's not enough letters in the alphabet to represent how much my specialist responsibilities increased. Makes me wonder if the company even understands what specializing means.
