11yWe strive for work-life integration, where our people feel comfortable making decisions when it comes to more fluidity in defining workspaces and allowing space for work or life to easily take priority, as needed. While we offer vacation time, it’s not delivered in the traditional benefit sense. Our people instead have the flexibility to take days off as needed for vacation or personal time instead of being restricted to having a limited number of days per year. While the increased flexibility is helpful, it also means more personal responsibility to ensure we are taking care of ourselves and taking the time off to relax and spend time with those we care about.
