      Used to be a promising place to work.

      Pros

      Nice offices, nice landscaping, cafeteria, green environment.

      Cons

      I've been gone almost 2 years, but I have seen an exodus of highly qualified, valuable employees leaving since that time. Some were voluntary, but many were shown the door in an unofficial reorg that seemed to create jobs for the friends of newer management. Reorg/layoff, from what I hear, was completely illegal in that it was not announced publicly. People still employed there seem to be at the lowest point, morale-wise. So sad, it used to be a promising place to work.

      Solid Technology, Poor Upper Management

      Pros

      Great place for newcomers to get started in the industry. However. not a place for experience folks from established software companies.

      Cons

      Engineering, at present, extremely top-heavy. Poor decision making by upper management. Mid-tier management culture - lacks cohesion and collaboration across departments. Heavy feudal mentality - lacks team spirit.

      - Cool technologies - at least back in the days - Flexible and free working environment, hours etc. - Great colleagues - Good internal email communication within team and department

      Cons

      - A senior management with lack of focus, seemingly driven by individuals intuition - or something. - Very little responsiveness in management for input from workers
