Pros
- Products are challenging and can be a great learning opportunity if not hampered by a bad manager
Cons
- Unrealistic roadmaps for products, and milestones are almost never met. Morale is hence low all the time especially for testing teams as this creates a lot of rework. -Several vmware products that basically do the same job. Employees and the customers? are as confused with the management's ever changing strategy and consequent re-orgs. - Terrible people management - Promotions are based on personal bias, and new ideas are not appreciated
