Friendly colleagues, benefits are great. Not great deal work pressure.

Cons

A Not-For-Profit org moving from "For the people" mindset for "For Profit" mindset. Leaders who were considered as pillars of the org (Clinical and Non Clinical) are made to leave. Shaky ship, advise to not come aboard.

getting paid every two weeks

they constantly breathe down your neck even if you're doing what you're supposed to do. they're petty. you make one mistake, then you're on the blacklist. they expect you to work a call a certain way, then when you're doing that, you're not answering the phones fast enough. this is coming from someone with extensive CS experience in various industries including healthcare, not a rookie in CS. They DO NOT know how to run a CS dept.

Great benefits, salary is decent, hybrid (some positions fully remote)

Cons

The company culture is very toxic. There is no accountability for leadership yet there is the expectation for others to be held accountable for every little thing. Favoritism is rampant and they like to “manage people out” by creating fictitious performance issues, treating people unfairly and not providing adequate support. The CEO reads from a teleprompter when holding CEO meetings which is disappointing. Let’s see your human side and be relatable.
