Pros

getting to help the elderly and meeting new people, I had time to do everything because I wasn't ever working half the time still no money though

Cons

not enough hours, rude supervisors, no cases, unorganized, company did not care about the aides, they say they will call you with a case and don't, more of a plan b job for a few bucks

They have decent compensation and pretty good work life balance.

Cons

They use pretty old systems and run them very old primitive way. The database systems are in a state of mess and it was very difficult to work with them. I had some great peer, from whom I have learned many things, but overall the technical growth is very limited.
