Good benefits, room to grow and move around the company, colleagues are nice for the most part. Option to work from home for home care and MLTC.

Cons

Management is confused at this time, does not care to retain excellent employees, too many changes in program structure at one time, IT isn't keeping up with health care personnel needs, lacking positive feedback to employees, usually only looking at the negative and what you missed on your reports.

Cons

Have to call hard to reach MD's, Need to overbook patients incase there are cancellations to meet your numbers.
