Pros

occasional free ice cream, or other free kinds of foods, most of the time they are trying to get you to buy something in order to participate in giving to the poor

Cons

Micromanagement, ridiculous orientation that lasts 6 months, no benefits until 6 months or a year. Pay every 2 weeks and hold back a pay period. Treaters climate and expected to excel in those conditions. Management thinks its all ”the clinitians fault” Skilled care is counted as just a Clinton even though you do all the work. Paperwork has to be turned in before 9p each day even if you did 2 start of cares, drove all over kingdom kong, went through a bunch of hoops to get there and had 3 labs to top it off. Computer system is really horrible, very tedious, not user friendly for a Clinton who has to juggle their demands. Emails are galore and consume hours out of your day. Most of it could be handled by the manager who sits at a desk auditing charts, seems they should have an auditor to do that and management should help the Clintons in the field. Pay is below average just so so. Hours are beyond a normal day. They pride themselves on JAHCO but really they just shift things to make the Clinton suffer in order to be certified. Horrible agency.

Pros

Good benefits package, reasonable paid time off, and the flexibility of a hybrid work model.

Cons

The environment has become really toxic. Leadership feels very cliquey — if you’re not part of the inner circle, you’re automatically excluded. There’s a lot of division, and instead of addressing real issues, they push people out by labeling them with ‘performance problems’ that didn’t even exist before. It’s less about your actual work and more about whether you fit into their circle.
