Staff are close knit due to trauma bonding, Staff are great. Admin are terrible.

Cons

Adversarial Management Dysregulated students with no support (several in the room) Long hours Do not practice the values listed on the website Constant observations with no notice given Vocal people are targeted regardless of what's best for the school community.

The kids and families are incredibly lovely. There are some really dedicated teachers as well

Cons

The head of school is delusional, abusive, and manipulative. I know many teachers who have had to take mental health leaves because of his management.

Cons

Nothing negative observed. I personally don't think the school lacks anything.
