Pros

Students are friendly to staff, and love to hang out, they are very respectful.

Cons

-Discrimination and harassment amongst the staff, for race, sex and religion. -Petty and entitled behavior from higher ups. -They love to boast about lowballing. -Bullying is a severe issue amongst the students, multiple complaints from parents. -No room for growth as higher ups don’t want to see you doing better than them. -Not an environment that welcomes happiness and achievements. -Bitter and hateful employees. -It’s encouraged that you stay quiet about any and all issues. -The better you work, the more responsibilities assigned with no increase in pay.
