Pros

The teaching staff at VOICE is top notch!

Cons

Administration is not supportive and micromanages. Furthermore, the founder sees children as opportunities to make more money. This place masquerades as a progressive charter school, but actually is just like any other charter when you pull back the curtain. Class sizes are huge. Children are not receiving the support that they need. There is so much that is out of the hands of the actual teachers, but those in power are doing little to make effective change.

Pros

Students of course and some colleagues.

Cons

There's a huge divide between what's happening on the ground and those sitting in the high chairs calling shots. He's arrogant, a bully, has 3 years of elementary school teaching experience and is somehow the CEO and quick to evaluate teachers. Talk about corporatocracy!
