Great entry level employer, co workers are great.

Cons

No loyalty at all. Do a good job only gets you more work. Raises for improving are really low! Poor management!

Friendly coworkers, besides the ex-Lowe’s ones

Cons

No sense of loyalty. Hard work earns you more work, not more money. (Bad) pizza parties for morale instead of raises, bonuses, or other perks, unless you are a salesperson aka glorified order taker. Supposed to be a wholesaler, but will not hire and train a full warehouse staff. I don’t know how they keep their customers with the poor quality service they provide. Not to mention the disgusting bathrooms that never get cleaned. And I mean never.
