Pros

If you are an enthusiastic person towards work, then you'll have nice time here. You can work on multiple projects / technologies if you are up for it. Since its a startup mistakes are not seen under magnifier. The clients are a bit nasty, but you'll learn to handle them.

Cons

If you get hired for a small block of a project you get stuck there(downside of a startup) with not much of growth. Not much of a rapid growth (as you'd expect in a startup)
