Pros ? Nothing has been done by the management as such to be mentioned.

Cons

Got to know below information from my current manager and few of my colleagues: 1. Worst politics. Recently they fired VP and few hardworking project managers just because they raised questions. 2. Fake promises. The HR team gives comforting lies to the employees to make them stay and then fire them without any notice or reason. 3. Most of the employees including me are trying for new opportunities as quickly as possible than to be in this toxic work culture.
