the company worked with me through many life changes. As long as I kept my supervisor up to speed on what was going on, they were very accommodating. They helped me gain experience that I needed in a private, medium size organization with big aspirations.

Cons

Culture differences and expectations between higher ups lead to many misunderstandings, although many were eventually sorted through.

80 hours PTO, 56 hours sick leave after 90 days. Co-workers were fun to work with. Traveled to Hawaii for work a few times.

Cons

0 hours PTO to start, low pay, management and senior engineers are very unorganized/quick to point fingers
