Flexible Scheduling Work isn't hard People are very nice Work from anywhere remotely Good for people who've never worked before

Cons

Weekly Meetings can tend to be the same song and dance with nothing too new to report Pay doesn't go up really Sometimes conference calls can be buggy and/or a little awkward Work can be monotonous at times

Pros

My boss was a very sweet and accommodating woman who worked very hard and encouraged us to work hard as well.

Cons

Many of my student--coworkers must have slipped through the cracks of the hiring process. It was frustrating to see them hardly work at all and get paid the same amount, and since all of our work was online, it was somewhat easy for them to hide that fact from management.
