Life is too short to be part of a team where you do not have faith in the entire leadership and management team, and the owner. If you are unhappy best that you leave. If you want to change - give us more specific pointers. We can either agree - and change. Or we can disagree, and go our own different paths. Either way - we need to "carpe diem".
