It's a paycheck and that's about all the positive I can state about the company. As with any company, I work with some dynamic hard working people.

Cons

Communications from Board, and/or C-Suite to management and employees is non-existent. Company has been going through financial difficulties and has had to institute a number of cutbacks. Cutting the 401(k) match hurts.
