      Pros

      Worked there for 20 years. Company always moving forward even when going from family owned business to several buyouts. There are very successful in winning the next contract. Became the Navy's largest C5ISR installation contractor.

      Cons

      At times travel was lengthy. Promotions are not an exact science. The current owners are not as in touch as when it was privately held.
