Pros

Great Benefits, Location, HR team,

Cons

Low ball you for pay, nothing but old racist white men. They make snide racist comments during meetings. Also, there isn't any diversity with in management.

Pros

Supports work from home Moderately friendly coworkers Oddly easy interview

Cons

Very poor training, took me over a year to fully understand how I can help the project. Managers commonly become petty if you don't meet their (unsaid) expectations Growth is minimal Coworkers can be very conservative (politically) and even sometimes a little racist

Pros

Usually this is where people would say their co-workers, but honestly..... I can't even say THAT. (well I could..... but I would be lying) So my answer is: NONE. There are no pros for this position.

Cons

*You have to prove your own tools (Scissors, Impact tool, Hammer, Power Drill, etc.) *You have to do your time-sheet on the internet on your on time, with your PC, smartphone, tablet etc. *There are no raises after your 90 day probation period. In fact you might have to work there for at least 3 years before getting a 3% raise.
