- Benefits were acceptable for me at the time

Cons

-Run by racist staff that are just there for a pay check. -Management pretends to care but they are not on your team -Did not take the time to put contractors in contracts that they are qualified for. Instead you become a placeholder. -No room for growth.

Plenty of hours and climate controlled

Cons

The engineers have no clue what weld symbols to use so once you try to use better judgment you get in trouble and if you wait for a supervisor and work on other tasks as told to do so you again get into trouble and heaven forbid if you have a stomach issue and have to use the restroom
