In Spring 2018, VT Group’s leadership team implemented exciting new benefits that improved employee options for health insurance and the 401k program. In working with the HR team, the CEO is continually looking for ways to empower employees and make sure they have competitive compensation and quality benefits. Our CIO is providing leadership to innovate and modernize the organization’s technology to help each of us perform our work functions more efficiently.
