      Pros

      Stable pay, convenient location. Other than that, it was a miserable place to work.

      Cons

      Seems like the majority of the senior employees are stuck in the past and have no intention of adapting or growing whatsoever. They treat everyone like idiots, despite having no systems or processes for design and implementation. - Management was terrible - Occasional ageism and racist insinuations thrown around - Highly unprofessional coworkers - Expect to be condescended continuously by management and planner/estimates - Not a single ounce of communication
