Excellent health and benefits. Headquarters is located in Alpharetta, GA, outside of the busy Atlanta area, but still surrounded by affordable housing and nice shopping areas. Employees are great

Employment uncertainty. VT Griffin Services is the poorest performer of the VT Services group of firms (Griffin, Milcom and Aepco). Technical writers were let go 30 days after everyone was told at a communication luncheon that there were no plans for cuts. They were replaced with high priced project-specific Shipley consultants. No significant contract wins in the past several years.
