The personnel in the office are a great team to work with.

Cons

The Corporate Team in Virginia Beach and local SPAWAR representatives are not supportive of the local assets working on their behalf.

The company offers good benefit package and has some good managers. But it all depends on which office you work at.

Cons

There were too many changes within organization, and I found it a little uneasy. I am not sure if there is some stability now in the organization.

Pros

No micromanaging. Flexible work schedule. Employee morale seems to be good. I've only been working here for a short time but I am happy with the work environment.

Cons

I have not seen many cons yet as I am still fairly new. The bathrooms need updating. I believe that the work facility should be comfortable since you are there many hours during the day.
