Pros

Worked there for 20 years. Company always moving forward even when going from family owned business to several buyouts. There are very successful in winning the next contract. Became the Navy's largest C5ISR installation contractor.

Cons

At times travel was lengthy. Promotions are not an exact science. The current owners are not as in touch as when it was privately held.

Pros

Great benefits, reasonable compensation and reasonable work conditions. The people are generally decent and easy to get along with most of the time.

Cons

Vision is not consistently communicated and you wonder if it exists day-in-day-out. You almost have to threaten to leave to get a compensation adjustment (get what you need on the front side - don't hope to move up)

Pros

Great company to work for. I was able to get a lot accomplished wile I was there. I would suggest anyone to apply.

Cons

I would have liked better communication with project managers as a whole. Needs to be more support with logistics and the distribution section.
