Pros

Government contractor which means most federal holidays are paid time off. Which is a nice perk.

Cons

Moral, leadership, and workload. Company has gone under massive downsizing and let go of some very good people which were team players and decided to keep some of the less desirables and ones that will step on anyone. Under transition CEO which is very unstable and not desirable place of employment. Made to feel you have no value and your were lucky to work there.

Pros

There was plenty of opportunity to develop personally, with access to management and training provided.

Cons

The business was acquired by Babcock. As happens with these mergers the business changed, not all bad, just different.
