Pros

Small group working in San Diego. Cohesive, some long timers with good knowledge. Conciencious and good San Diego General Manager, who cares about the people

Cons

Agressive restructuring coming from Corporate, without clear communication to the workforce. Creating uncertainty and affecting moral. Dismissals are starting now.

Pros

Usually this is where people would say their co-workers, but honestly..... I can't even say THAT. (well I could..... but I would be lying) So my answer is: NONE. There are no pros for this position.

Cons

*You have to prove your own tools (Scissors, Impact tool, Hammer, Power Drill, etc.) *You have to do your time-sheet on the internet on your on time, with your PC, smartphone, tablet etc. *There are no raises after your 90 day probation period. In fact you might have to work there for at least 3 years before getting a 3% raise.
