I joined VTG recently and have had a great experience so far. The onboarding process was smooth, and everyone has been incredibly welcoming and willing to help me get up to speed. Leadership is approachable and open to new ideas, and there's a clear emphasis on collaboration across teams. One thing that really stands out is the culture—people take their work seriously, but there's also a good sense of humor and camaraderie. I’ve also been impressed by how organized things are, especially for a company that’s growing quickly.
