Pros

Relaxed work environment. There are several opportunities win free cruises or at least partially paid cruises. Co-workers are wonderful.

Cons

Pay is straight commission and is subject to fluctuations of the season. It's not as bad of a con if you speak a foreign language, but most new employees only get odd schedules to work at. The truth about working here is that in order to make any reasonable amount of money (and by reasonable I mean $50k+) you have to have your nose to the grindstone 100% of the time, burning the midnight oil on your days you are scheduled to work, and putting in large amounts of time on your days off.

potential to make money, but u must b willing to show up at least 6- 7 days a week putting in no less than 55-60hrs for those hefty paychecks lots of give away"s (free cruises etc), company pick nick once a year and annual recognition gala

Cons

you'll b responsible for sales, service and accounting. You may not take any days off between jan-mar its known as wave season, sorry.
