Not micro managed. Great motivated co workers. Very easy going management. Great perks that include free cruises if your selected. Great Hotel benefits with your IATA card as travel agent.

Cons

Company does not offer paid vacation time which adds stress to every vacation knowing your coming back to a small paycheck and tons of emails after your vacation. This is after you spent tons of money on your vacation and really need to have a good check to compensate for the spending. Another negative is you have to put in a lot of hours to make any money your first couple of years there.

Vacation Perks....casual dress, cool co-workers.

Cons

Horrible starting hours, 4-1am if you choose not to work Sat/Sund. Company said it would take a year and a half to change schedule. Left after 3 years without any change. Horrible benefits. Your just a number in this company unless you are a top salesman.

I have been with VTG for a little over 5 years and I can honestly say I love my job. At VTG the leads come to you so as long as you are dedicated and enthusiastic you can become as successful as you want to be. The laid back atmosphere and friendliness of the staff make it a fun place to go each day. There is tons of training and refreshers so you always know what's going on in the travel business. Oh and the company picnics/holiday parties rock too. =0)

Cons

Somehow grape soda was removed from the soda machine on the first floor.
