Pros

Best part- the majority of the time, they let you work on your own. There is not a lot of micro-managing. Most of the people that work there are very easy to get along with. You can work 20 hours a day if you wish. Some do, and make bank.

Cons

Commission based. When its slow, like Sept-Dec, it can be tough. Even taking call after call, you may get a deal here and there, but the cruises are so cheap, you may make only $20-$30 on a $700 cruise. There are many days you can go home empty handed. WIth heavy competition and price of cruises dropping, it can be make you mad.

Pros

No stress Relaxed Environment Great Coworkers

Cons

You have to Live at the job to make good money. Like 70 hours or more a week. The upper management team needd to be shaken up and some need to be mived out of their position. One member in particular is NOT liked by many employees at all. The commission split could be higher/better. Agenta should be paid a base salary for VERY SLOW PERIODS.

Pros

The incubation period is 4 months and the training is very thorough. It is a bit scary when you are taking your first phone calls, but it is a great environment. They give you a week vacation when you finish certain training exercises, and you learn a lot about the cruise industry.

Cons

The schedule sucks for newbys, but it is a learning curve.
