You can make great money if you work your life away

Unlimited income when the phones are ringing. Unlimited overtime. Great CEO.

Cons

They go through periods where the leads just aren't there. They periodically overhire and then they have more people than leads and its a commission only job so no leads no income.

Pros

You can make as much money as you'd like. 40 hour work week, but if you want to put in more time, it's completely up to you. Benefits are great! Laid back envirionment, friendly place to work. (I've never worked in an office that had an open door policy throughout the company, including management)

Cons

Work weekends in the beginning. Can't work from home.
