      *Experience in the tech industry *Resume Builder *Some of the employees will be cool Not many Pros. You should only accept a job here if you are absolutely desperate

      Cons

      *Horrible Management *Whole business model exploits employees *They take more than half the fee paid by the client for the employees services. This leaves employees with barely enough salary to live off of. *They let go of people for no reason and try to avoid paying unemployment *No opportunity for real growth and very small chance of conversion at your client's company *Very little respect or value for employees *Low salary

      Pros

      Working remotely and hours flexibility.

      Cons

      I work as a subcontractor for Google, and initially, we were promised certain benefits such as bonuses, coverage of internet expenses, the potential for a raise after a year, and the ability to work from abroad. However, all of these benefits have been revoked. Additionally, some of the team leaders exhibit a lack of leadership skills. The company is also struggling with communication and providing clarity regarding these changes.
