Pros

Ok pay but only if you’re an entry-level employee. They expect bachelor’s but surely don’t pay BA wages

Cons

Awful health insurance, low pay, ZERO accountability unless you have proof. I’ve been bullied here pretty much every day and all the team leads were buddy with each other. There’s a secret chat set up for “special” employees. My team lead spent time on making memes (some of which made fun of me and my coworkers), making other coworkers feel miserable and focus on quantity over quality. Eventually other teams started making fun of him for poor performance and he quit with a recommendation from the top manager. The top manager rehired someone who who brought negative culture to workspace but refused to rehire me knowing I’m in a difficult situation and their insurance would never cover the treatment I need. Employees who stayed there more than 6 months had figured out how to not do anything and get paid. They spend the rest of the time gossiping, bullying people, being jealous and petty. It’s the kind of workspace where people will stick empty candy bags into couches rather than make one step to dispose of it. The cleaning team is great and I pity that they have to work there. Project manager doesn’t care about retaining good employees. Numerous employees are sleeping or gossiping the night away. Don’t ever bring food. There’s a particular employee on the shift I worked at who steals food like she’s starving. It’s really just a bunch of people with no character and good values. Promotion is fairly quick if the team lead likes you. Oh, and I had a chance to interact with the top HR when I brought up how poorly I was treated. They knew it took a toll on my mental health but what mattered to them was figuring out whether this will explode on social media. Oh and don’t get me started in the team leads here. They have some of the snakiest “server” mentality I’ve seen in people. It’s all rotten here and I can guarantee that those leaving 5 stars are playing the “make-believe” game

Pros

Lately the only pros is that it’s still a remote position.

Cons

No flexibility anymore, no real benefits. No paid vacations and no real paid holidays( if you don’t work the day before the actual holiday, you don’t get paid). No upward mobility within company and projects. Underpaid for CA living standard and overall in the whole US.

Pros

One of the easiest jobs I’ve ever had, very low stress projects

Cons

So many micromanaging tactics that they use it’s almost suffocating and insufferable.
