      Unrealistic Expectations, Low Pay, Confusion

      They will hire the underdogs Offer wellness services They have good tech clients

      Cons

      Intimidating management. Incompetence and fear in dealing with client. My leaders did not show intention of guiding the client because they were afraid of the outcome (losing the account). In turn, the subordinates were often confused because the client would change directions so often (start-up). There was always a sentiment of fear - like we were walking on egg shells. I was hired for one role but in actuality, I did two roles. One of them was not my desire or part of my experience. I was promised a change in schedule and free weekends after training. It did not happen.

      It was a good recruiting job, but still a recruiting job

      Pros

      Vaco taught me that I didn't want to be a recruiter

      Cons

      The workplace was pretty toxic and anti-women. Anti-semetic and racist remarks were commonplace and that was literally never an issue for anyone there.

      -Messy and inconsistent management, no one seems to know what they are doing. -This is the ''dark side'' of all the large tech companies. On the outside, they make it look like a great place to work (which it is for many of the people directly employed by the company), and then they hire underpaid and under appreciated TVCs . -There is no paid time off -You get 3 sick days a year, but if you actually get paid for those is a gamble (ref. no one in management knows what they are doing)
