Pros

On site at Google, great benefits like gym, free food, shuttle service, work from home and monthly parties. - work abroad

Cons

- Management was really bad, no one cares about employers. On my team anyone could become HR or team lead even people with little to no experience which made management very unprofessional. Leads would be gone for months and barely do any work. - we had to share desks with 3 people - a lot of micromanaging - low pay rate. Asked to manager for raise after a year and he laughed at my face. - Some people reported bad behaviors to HR and nothing was done, making the whole environment very uncomfortable. - they give you more work to make you feel you are doing a great job and don’t give raise no matter how much you work - no growth possibility - no PTO - health insurance is super pricey and impossible to afford

STAY AWAY - Terrible Company

Pros

They act professional and you don't have an office full of college kids

Cons

-They lie right to your face and believe you're too dumb to realize -It doesn't matter if you've been there 5 years or 5 months they treat everyone the same, like an asset. Once you leave they treat you like a threat and do EVERYTHING to not pay you -They don't pay their sales/recruiters until they're paid to basically you never actually get a majority of the money you earn -Management is timid and terrible, they have ZERO power and ability to make actual decisions. All decisions come from corporate and all they care about is turning over the company to the next VC group -Benefits suck, constant promises of bonuses and raises that never happen
