      Pros

      - Not very many other than flexible schedule. Access to cafe's and microkitchen.

      Cons

      - Unfair compensation, never get performance reviews. Haven't had one since I been there. - I had to fight tooth and nail for $1 raise since I transitioned to another team w/ more responsibility. - If you do a decent job, the will flood you with more responsibility without your consent or consideration of a pay increase. - Was thrown into the fire of leading a team which I have no interest in, added stress and meeting crucial deadlines. - Benefits cost an arm and a leg, not ideal for such low pay

      Pros

      Open culture and everyone smiles when you walk around in a big space and seemingly care about each other and what they're doing. Social environment with a lot of time invested in YOU

      Cons

      Unstructured while there probably too early to tell if thats just the way they run the place, poor management whereas things are said a lot and nothing is ever done and lots of people who never grew up work here, especially the type that would become a smart*** instead. you get snacks, no food here. The only perk worth mentioning is they monthly host happy hours where you get two free beers.
