Pros

They try their best to make it a fun environment when they are in the office to notice. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Lack of leadership. No training provided, you either do well or sink. Lots of gossip and drama. The anchor lets a lot of people get away with whatever they want if they are bringing in money, even if they are harassing others. No appreciation showed at all. No room room for growth!

Pros

It is always nice to work inside the YouTube office. Good food (breakfast, lunch and dinner), snacks, coffee, drinks, etc. The flexibility is also a plus.

Cons

The feeling of being a vendor inside the YouTube office is what I don'r like about it. You feel in a segregated environment.
